Prime Lighting & Appliance, LLC serves homeowners, businesses, and RV owners across Hot Springs, the surrounding central Arkansas communities, and statewide. The company is built around Eric Schmitt, a technician with more than two decades of hands-on experience in lighting, appliance, sign, and electrical service, and around a simple promise: the person who quotes your job is the person who does it.
Eric is licensed by the Arkansas Board of Electrical Examiners as a Sign Specialist with a Lot Lighting endorsement, and he holds the Nalmco CSLT certification, the national lighting-specific credential for sign and lighting technicians. He is fully insured. That combination of license, certification, and experience is rare in a market this size, and it shows up in the work: real diagnosis before replacement, installations done to standard, and repairs that stay repaired.

He founded Prime Lighting & Appliance on a simple principle: diagnose the real problem, fix it to standard, and charge a fair price. He is an Arkansas-licensed Sign Specialist with a Lot Lighting endorsement and a Nalmco-CSLT certified sign and lighting technician, fully insured, and he personally handles every estimate and every job. When you call, he is the one who answers, and he is the one who shows up.
